For the second time Etsy has automatically put my shop on vacation mode

The only information I get is "We're helping you catch up on orders". I have 5 which I will fulfill Monday. It's Saturday afternoon and they just did it. Last time they did this, I had 1 order pending. I fulfill my orders normally within days. Never have I gone outside of processing time. Within days they magically took it off vacation. No explanation was given. I called them beforehand and they couldn't give me any answers. The frustrating thing is I just did some marketing, and people are asking when my shop will be open. I had no idea it was put on vacation by Etsy. 

Has anyone else experienced this glitch? It's getting really irritating.

You can’t mail on Monday. The post office is closed

I'm Australian so I never remember these things. In any case, my orders are fine to be sent Tuesday.

@MagdalaMade Maybe it's not related to your orders at all? Right now, a very large number of shops are being put on vacation mode without any visible issues and without explanations. Oh God bless you dear, I am so sorry. Yes, this is my experience exactly. Thankfully, last time it was only a few days. I don't know how long this one will be. You're right though, about the fact that this is our income. Full time work. We work hard at SEO ranking and our own marketing, all for Etsy to just close our shop for no reason. I literally just did my own marketing, and from that someone asked when the shop will be open. That's how I found out. No notification. Last time I called, and they couldn't give me an explanation. Not to mention how difficult it is to find the call back button each time. Then, when they opened my store, I still had no explanation as to why they closed it. It is very sad. Etsy seems like it is going to crash.

Etsy uses the banner for more than orders.

Is your bank verified?

All tax information up to date?

All names match from bank account to tax information?

It is also possible to be a glitch within the system.

Have you contacted Etsy by email?  Chat cannot help with this.   In the email explain what you are experiencing.  Tell them about the first one with no explanation. Give them a phone number to call you so you can speak with them directly.

Yes, I email. They don't give any explanation. It was again reinstated, this time 24hrs later. I believe Etsy is highly robotic software system ran. I researched and found information on it. Such strange times we live in.
