What's happening to my home page?

My home page banner is super, super big and my page is all messed up. Categories are not able to read. Anyone else having this issue.

My banner looks alright but all of a sudden I only have three featured listings...one disappeared though the listing is still active. So I went to the manage listing page and the featured listing area in the right column is grayed out. I can't go in and change the featured listings.  I have two shops and its grayed out in both shops.

Yes, having the same issue. Does anyone know if Etsy is working on this?

I was on my outdated Chromebook when I saw the issue with the OP, but have now moved to Windows 10 and Chrome. Everyone's shop on here is looking normal to me - laptop, Windows 10, Firefox.

Same issue here.  The banner super-sized, it went back to normal, and now it is super-sized again,

My Shop home page banner is huge!!  ... as I noticed yours still is as well.  However I noticed that on my phone/Etsy Mobile it looks just fine.  This is frustrating.

Same issue here. I checked it with Chome, Firefox and IE (never used IE before so there can't be a problem with cache or cookies).

I use the 3 pics banner with etsy plus. Only way to fix is using NO banner ... hope it will be fixed soon.

According to Etsy chat, the engineers are aware of it and are working on it. Hopefully it won't take too long to resolve!

Still seeing it this morning while searching and browsing in some shops only though. 

Oddly, viewing problematic shops in 'incognito' the problem is not present and the shops appear normal.

Same here. I use photos as my banner and they are all huge, overlapping and completely out of sorts! Was checking on here to see if anybody else was having the same issue. Apparently they are i can’t find where to report it to Etsy. I’m assuming that they are aware of the issue by now and will fix it.  Then again, I don’t want to assume anything.

I did speak with Etsy Chat and they confirmed it is a technical issue that they are working on.

I have two Etsy sites

tamarascottdesigns, this had the large banner with no issues

and tamarascottstudio was extremely large with the four photo banner

I changed this to the single large banner and it solved the problem.

What I have noticed - looked at SkirtTheRules, tamarascott, Rockability, DaysLongGone, Carrot Patch - 

When first clicking on your shop (here thru the forums) your banners are Huge, as are the Featured items. Then my screen gets a "blip" & the banner returns to a more normal size. 

I am using W10/Chrome on a laptop - what I see on my screen still looks bigger than normal to me. But someone on their phone or tablet may see a giant banner & pics.
