What's happening to my home page?

My home page banner is super, super big and my page is all messed up. Categories are not able to read. Anyone else having this issue.

Wow, that is a mess! 

I don't have a banner & don't see this in my shop - as long as you have a copy of the banner saved, maybe try to delete it for now until this gets fixed?

I see you're having the same problem. It's a techincal issue because I took off my banner and everything is fine. Then I put the banner back up with four different photos and it did the same thing. Supersized the photos. You might want to contact Etsy. I submitted a ticket. I pay for Etsy Plus. So I hope they will fix the problem soon. Wishing you the best.

I wonder if this could be browser related. We have a banner which looks fine. I'm assuming @HuntandGatherStyle that you took yours down since I don't see one. Your banner @RockabillyRavenVtg also looks fine.

Same for me, on laptop with Chrome - everything looks normal except @330art

Oh my.

I am looking from an android phone.

@tamarascottdesigns looks fine.

@RockabillyRavenVtg's banner looks terrible. 

In addition, her featured items only shows one giant picture in portrait view.   

It shows all 4 featured items in landscape view.

The banner is enormous and chopped up in both views.

Why does the IT dept do this without testing on a non public page to work out the kinks before going live?   The changes should not go live unless they are show ready.

The about slideshow is still a giant, distorted mess after months of the problem starting. I hope this gets fixed quickly.

Is it possibly an etsy plus issue? Does everyone seeing it on their page have etsy plus with expanded banner options and featured listing options? The few I looked at that were wonky appeared to be Etsy Plus subscribers. Just trying to determine if it's etsy plus specific or not.

It probably is.  It seems like there's four huge pics on the shops that have the problem so it looks like it could be the caroussel option.

I have Etsy Plus but only one pic in my banner at the moment, it seems to be ok.

Thank you for posting!  Mine had the same problem.  It looked horrible - so embarrassing!  I took it down for now.  Hopefully they fix it quickly!
