Dashboard Access

For three days now, I have not been able to access my Etsy dashboard on my Mac.  Is anyone else having this problem?  I can get it on my IPhone but not on my computer.

Have you done all the usual.  Reboot. Clean out cache.  Check to see if your browser has a new extension blocking?

Try a different browser. I have an iMac and use Safari with no problems.

Having the same issue with Chrome and Edge. I can usually get it to work after refreshing it a couple times.

I just go to a different part, like listings, or stats and then back to dashboard and usually works.

Working fine for me on both my Mac and Windows PC both using Firefox and Safari on the Mac. Clean your cache and try again.

ahhhh I've had the spins today but can access other parts - and sometimes even the dashboard

and regarding the technical stuff people have suggested ... I do all of that when I have an issue and it's always the last thing I try that fixes it.

one fix I haven't seen in this thread is turning off your internet router, leave it off for a couple of minutes, and then turning it back on. Seems odd but it has fixed some odd internet access issues for me when all else has failed.

I get the spins, but a simple refresh does the trick...

(of  course, it would be nice if it got fixed but it is Etsy - another day, another glitch!)

Not sure it is the same issue, but mine has had an endlessly spinning loading indicator each time I try to view the Dashboard, but if I refresh the screen the dashboard comes right back up.

Yup, me too. Came here to report the same thing. If I refresh the page, it will partially load with a section still spinning. Refresh again and it fully loads. All other pages are find.

Yes, same thing here for days with my Mac and Firefox. If I switch to Chrome, it works but I don't want to use Chrome.

I refreshed and refreshed and nothing changed.  However, I clicked on Listings and then Dashboard and now it comes up.  I have to go to Listings first, though, to get the Dashboard to show up.  So odd, but at least I can see it now.  Thank you everyone for your responses.

I've had the same problem for days...I can't navigate back to my dashboard from within my shop.  Refreshing does work but it's annoying all the same.  Hope it's fixed soon...um...lol!

Thank you!!  It is working now and it looks like Etsy made a change to the Dashboard.  That's probably the reason for my problem.
