Hey I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue.
I sell glitter so colour boldness etc is extremely important with my product.
Whenever I upload a video to a listing the colour loses complete vibrancy and almost looks grey... looking nothing like the video that's saved to my computer.
They're filmed in high resolution and I've not had this issues before
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
This thread had a very good explanation of why this might be happening to your videos. One of the reasons was if you record in HDR the colors will not show correctly online.

@FSPainting Someone who's not familiar with the challenges of running an Etsy shop decided that post was no longer relevant and closed it.

How do I fix this?
The link to the solution post put up above is inaccessible, can someone post the solution again?
I am having the same issue and just did a deep dive into the forums and elsewhere online.
You need to do two things:
Don't shoot in very bright conditions, and, you MUST turn off HDR on your phone. If an iphone, it is in settings, camera. On my iphone, I had to turn off the option for high efficiency camera capture.
The videos are much better now, not great, but the colors are much closer to the actual item.
