I opened an etsy account today and it was suspended a few hours later. By following the steps given, around $546 was paid through customer support. They said that the payment would not be withdrawn, but they took the money from my account and asked for the same amount again. I want my money refunded and my account opened. I am my real profile.

Definitely scammed.  Etsy's only fee for shop set up is around $15 (USD) 

Contact your credit card company/bank.  If this was an email not coming from the folder in messages then it is not an Etsy message.

@CETINTASTR: Unfortunately new shops (and particularly incomplete ones like yours) are prime targets for scammers.

As suggested, you need to report this criminal activity to your bank / card issuer and possibly to the police immediately.

You can always tell if your shop is suspended by going to your shop home page - if Etsy has suspended it your listings will be hidden and replaced by a message banner.
