Variations disappearing when duplicating listing

Hello there,

Variations disappear from listings in the below scenario. This is not a 1-time scenario, it has happened a few times over the past 2 weeks.

Duplicating an existing listing with variations. Edit the listing. Click "Publish". Quickly go back to edit something (that is not a variation) in the listing. Click "Publish" again. Variations are gone.

I came to the conclusion that right after the quick "edit" after the first "publish", the variations are somehow missing and when you click "Publish" for the second time, the listing is published without the variations.

I have screenshots with step by step in the process of variations being missing if needed.

p.s. Further in the issue, I just went back to edit the listing for 3rd time and all the variations I have toggled to not be visible were visible. I also had to replace the original listing video 3 times before it appeared.

I was having the same issue. I realized it a few days after when I reviewed the new listings. Now I've always been checking any new listings that are published. It's frustrating!

I am having the same issue somehow. This is weird because no solution I found. After copying a listing, the variations have been gone. Is this a glitch or something wrong with the variations? 

There is no help from Etsy. Can someone help us to solve this issue? Thanks

It seems like it's a glitch. For now you'll just have to make sure the listing shows the variations after creating it.
