Links to photo variations go missing repeatedly?!?!

I have noticed that after spending time to link photos to the variations on some of my listings, after some time, these linked photos are no longer linked to the variations and I had to redo them repeatedly.

This is a problem for sellers like myself who have many variations to an item. Not mentioning that it is a waste of our time having to go through all our listings every so often to check that the variations are linked! Sellers like myself go the extra mile to ensure customers receive exactly what they see on the listing, but this issue is not helping sellers at all.

What is Etsy doing about this, as apparently, after reading the comments on the Forum, it has been ongoing for years and nothing has been done about it.

This is happening to me too and now I cannot find the link photo tan at all in the app. Not sure what happened. Everything went nuts and so unorganized right now.

I’m having the same issue. Yesterday I created a listing with 5 variations and added 5 photos. I went in today to create a similar listing and when I looked at the original, those 5 photos were gone & there is no way to edit and link the photos. I deleted the original listing and completely recreated it. I came back an hour later and the pictures were gone.
