Vacation mode, but I haven’t received any emails

Hi! My shop has been put in vacation mode, but I haven’t received any emails from them and can’t turn it off. What could be the reason? Thank you!

I am no expert with these things, but one thing I remember others asking to be checked is if your credit/debit card on file is in date/expired, as I think that can trigger being put on vacation mode. Another is if you have a backlog of orders that need to be caught up with.

Your shop subtitle (under your shop name) states:

We send our products from a fulfillment in Serbia

Reselling is not allowed on Etsy... that is the mostly likely reason, and sellers that violate Etsy's policies often receive little or no help from Etsy, because we are expected to know the rules.

Please clarify why you're mentioning re-selling. I make my items myself. As far as I know, Etsy rules do not prohibit using fulfillment services for shipping.

From what I see in your reviews, all these tiny products with small parts are tagged "toy". It is a very regulated category, requires proper testing, etc.
