Only the first message must be replied to.
Go to your Star Seller details an download the files to see which one you missed.

On your customer service stats you can click the message response rate box and download the csv. Open that and you can see which messages were outside 24 hours. You only need to respond to the first message. I would also set up an auto response and put your auto reply on when you are out or asleep.

I did check the CSV and my last message that was outside of 24 hours was in the middle of October, none in November.
Star Seller takes 3 months into account, not just one.
@CoyoticTrouble: The November 1st badges and Star (previous review period) were based on August, September, and October. The December 1st badges and Star will be based on September, October, and November.
The Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

I don't understand why it would be showing above 95% last week and then drop within a week to 90% if the last missed message was in October, though? If it's updating every day wouldn't it be corrected?
