Hello everyone!
On March 14, I enabled advertising in my shop for the first time and also added another bank card for future payments. A few hours later, my shop was placed in vacation mode, and it is still in this state.
I haven't received any explanations via email or as a banner in my shop. I contacted customer support, but I haven't received a response yet.
Please help me figure out the reason for my shop's deactivation and advise me on what I can do to restore its operation.
