Etsy put my account on vacation mode for no reason, and they didn’t send any email about it. As a seller, we wait for the Christmas season to make sales throughout the year, but unfortunately, my account has been closed for 3 days. I couldn’t find any communication method other than creating a help request, but no one is responding to my help requests.
Pardon me for saying this, but how could you possibly have made & shipped ALL of those items by yourself as stated at the bottom of your front page?
Something is off here. I think it is because your shop is incomplete and lists zero production partners.
