Dear Etsy and Other sellers:
My shop is back on a vacation hold by Etsy after being down over a week a month ago with no explanation. I was getting sales, keeping up with orders, messaging nearly immediately, and doing everything right. Respectfully doing this right before Christmas is just cruel. If I need to send paperwork, update settings, anything I will do but have no email or notification from Etsy. I put in a help order but the last time I did it took them over 2 weeks to reply. Is there any phone number or other way to contact?

No phone number anymore from what I know. There is a chat, but hasn't got us very fare either.
