Hello, my carousel product appears to be sold in the ad, but there is no buyer. Nothing appears in the order. Does anyone have knowledge about this? Since I just opened the store, I don't have much information.
You have no sales. All sales will show in your shop manager under 'orders'. If you have received a message telling you you have a sale, it is most likely a scam - do not follow any instructions or click on any links.
I didn't click any links. There is no sale visible. When you select the carousel, there is a sign that 1 piece has been sold. Can you please enter and look at the profile?
