VIDEO WON’T UPLOAD

For several days, I cannot upload videos to my listings.
Cannot get anyone at ETSY to respond, via email, chat, or telephone. 
Anyone else have this issue or know of ETA

Try making the video a little shorter and the file size smaller. When my videos are too big (file size wise) or long ... even though they are within the 15 second allow and, they sometimes won't load. Making them 12 seconds allowed them to load.

Tried 5, 10, second videos still the same error message

Yes, I'm having this issue.  Etsy is aware of the problem.  I'm assuming videos are not a priority for Etsy since there has been no fix for a bit.
