I recently opened a store. I live in Israel. I took all the necessary documents from my bank in English. I certified them with a seal in English and sent them to Etsy. And I have my first sales. I can't get the money. Etsy says my documents are invalid. If you continue to claim that my documents are fictitious, I will sue you.
Are you sure it's Etsy that is saying your documents are invalid and NOT a scammer trying to steal your money??
Have you contacted Etsy through the HELP pages?
If so, a "bot" will probably reply back and you have to reply that "I still need help" until a human finally sees this and helps which might take weeks.
Did you get a message wanting you to click on a link to take you off site to verify your info?
If so it's a scam.
As for as you suing Etsy, probably not going to happen.

Read #11 on this link about suing Etsy.
What does it say on the Tax and Legal information page of your shop manager? Does it say your documents are verified?
Any messages you receive via the Etsy Message page asking for bank verification are from scammers.
Genuine messages from Etsy will appear also in the 'From Etsy' folder and have an extra orange badge (not to be confused with the user avatar that anyone can change).
1. "If you continue to claim..." -- You are talking to other sellers here, not Etsy employees. Make sure your got messages from Etsy, not from scammers.
2. "I recently opened a store."
This is from Etsy:
"Your funds aren’t scheduled to deposit yet
If you're a new seller, your funds will generally be Available for deposit 14-20 days after a sale, though it may take longer depending on the specific standing of your shop. Etsy Payments orders may become Available for deposit the next business day depending on the specific standing of your shop."
"Sellers who receive deposits to their bank account can set up a deposit schedule for available funds. If the date of your next deposit hasn’t occurred yet, you can wait for that date, or select Request it now under your amount Available for deposit."
3. Be sure to finish your shop. You have no location, policies, About page, shop members, Public profile and so on. Unfinished shops downgrade in search.
4. Numicon is trademarked.
Also, Etsy doesn't have a number to call and speak with someone who can help you (although they SHOULD!!) Anyway, any phone number for Etsy that you find online is a scam, so don't call any number. You can only request a call back.
Etsy tried a telephone number, It was heavily abused so they went t you have to supply Etsy with the phone number to call you,
Did Etsy ask you to supply this information after the initial attempt at deposit failed? They do ask for bank statements after the deposit attempt. If you did not get a deposit attempt, this might have been a scam attempt.
Did Etsy request the items in English? I read they ask for a bank statement if the currency is different. How to Update and Verify Your Bank Account for Etsy Payments Deposits – Etsy Help And a bank statement if the deposit does not work.
Contact Etsy through email. If you have an email from them, respond back that you still need help. If you don't send an email with a request for them to call you which they may or may not be able to do. To send an email look for Contact us under Help in the shop manager.
