Cannot Upload Videos Suddenly

Since a few days ago I am getting an error message when I try to upload video. The video is formatted same as I always have been outputting, and follows all specs.

Error Message says 'we're having trouble uploading that file.'

Is this a systemwide issue?

me too, I came to the forums to see if others had an issue too, I uploaded videos over the weekend just fine with no problems. I'm trying to upload a video today and keep getting the error message, nothing has changed and my video meets all of the guidelines. 

It sounds like it's an Etsy problem, not something I am doing (or not doing).

Yes, I've had the same issue.  I'm hoping Etsy fixes it soon.

According to an email it's a known issue that theyre working on. Hopefully its not weeks and weeks to resolve

If you've been following the forum discussions, you've probably noticed people talking about the recent change in how customer addresses and delivery details are displayed for new and completed orders. It's still unclear whether this is a permanent update being rolled out to everyone or just a test.

For those of us who’ve been here a while, we know that whenever Etsy implements a significant programming change, it often causes issues elsewhere. I suspect that’s the case now with the problems users are experiencing when trying to upload videos.

Luckily, I don’t need to upload anything right now, so I haven’t personally tested if the video upload feature is working for me.

We just uploaded some listing videos without an issue. As sporadic as these kinds of things seem to be, have to wonder if they are dependent on which of Etsy's cloud servers a shop has been connected to.

I've also experienced the same issue this week. I've never had a problem before. I was looking for some sort of notification from Etsy about known issues. Has anyone found out specifics?

I also have issues uploading my videos. It looks like it's not been fixed since January And I cant see an official statement to all the comments above.

Nothing has changed on my side and yet I cannot upload videos. ETSY, what is going on?

@HighClone   There is nothing wrong with uploading videos.  I have not had any issues.  If you are, check length, pixels and other to make sure the videos fit.  No videos with sound for listings and has to be under 15 seconds.

Still cannot upload videos. Under 15 seconds, no audio. No error message either.

It gets to 100% and never progresses so that I can click the "Publish Changes" button. The format, file type, even the production software are the same I have been using for the past 2 years without issue.
