I have already read the article from the help center, but unfortunately, the problem remains unsolved. I was prompted to enroll in Etsy Payments for my store, and despite successfully filling in all the required information, I encountered a problem during the last step: 'verify via Plaid.'
I have received the three-letter code; however, I cannot complete the process because whenever I click the 'enter deposit code' button, it immediately displays an error message. This may be a system error. Can anyone provide further assistance to help resolve this issue?

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
@LunarSurfaceDesign Once you get the code from Plaid, it can take about 48 hrs. for the spot to open up on Etsy where you enter it - it's a security measure. Try again, in a day or two, if you haven't already done that. I remember seeing a prompt on my dashboard to finish verifying with Plaid, with a link for entering the code.

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
Hey, thanks for your response. I noticed the spot initially, but even after entering the code, the process continued to load for around 5 minutes. So, I refreshed the page to attempt re-entering the code. However, I couldn't see the spot again. I couldn't find the link on your dashboard. Could you please resend me the link?

@LunarSurfaceDesign Look at the email again and see if that helps.

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
You should not have to verify via Plaid since you are not in the US.

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
@LunarSurfaceDesign according to the Etsy announcement, Plaid verification is only for shops with US bank accounts:

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
@LunarSurfaceDesign another thing I noticed. Your shop is located in the UK but your only have PayPal. Why not Etsy Payments?

Re: Unable to verify etsy payment via Plaid
I registered the store in 2020, but I didn't get around to launching it - it has been dormant since then. However, I now intend to sell digital files through the platform. I previously resided in the UK but relocated to the US this year.
