My Etsy shop has been in forced vacation mode for going on 4 months now. I repeatedly tried to contact them as there are no issues on my end that I can see or resolve. I used chat 3 times to try to get help, each time being promised someone would reach out and help me. They never did and now the chat is disabled. The support phone number became disabled at the same time so I can't call for help. I opened at least three support tickets trying to get help, all of which were marked as resolved or completed even though I never got contact from anyone. I tried one more time to get my shop back up and running by creating a post in this forum and they disabled anyone's ability to comment on it and marked it as resolved and never called me. So now here I am 4 months later with zero explanation and zero way to get support. I can't even close my shop permanently because I get a message saying I need to contact support to close my shop but THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT. This has been a completely bizarre and disgraceful experience with customer service. I feel so upset with the amount of time and effort I put into to creating products, photographing them and trying to get traction and now I'm just left out in the wind with zero options. I'm not entirely sure why I'm even writing this as I'm sure it will get locked down and I'll be right back where I started.
