Unable to purchase shipping label.

Is there a technical problem with purchasing shipping labels.  There is more than enough money in my payment account but I keep getting a red message along a banner saying something has gone wrong

Be careful, I've been charged for two shipping labels I couldn't actually see or use today. Had to send two refund requests as a result.

I can't buy shipping either! I can go through the normal steps but when I go to print them it comes up with a message saying "Labels failed to purchase". I can't find any other forums on this. Does Etsy even know there is a problem?!

I'm in the UK and I can't buy Etsy shipping labels, anyone have any update?

Same here, we can't purchase any shipping labels, keeps coming up 'Labels failed to purchase'

Yup and they better fix it by the end of the day otherwise the postage goes up

I cant buy shipping through ESTY either, guess I will have to use C&D for now.

I can’t buy any either. I’ve tried numerous times so far today. I wonder if it’s something to do with the prices going up tomorrow.

I use Click & Drop and it's the same on there.

I furious as their status page says nothing is wrong. You can't contact them on a Sunday. They'll fix it tomorrow when they charge us 40p more an item
