Do bot delisted items (then reinstated) count as IP violations?

Hallo everybody,

Yesterday I got a email with object "Follow our IP Policy to stay active on Etsy", on my shop's header there is a banner informing me that the shop received a final warning", the star seller badge was removed.

Successful seller since 4 years.

Actually I got 4 IP infringement notices in the last 12 months (my shop has 250 - 300 products) and of course I never listed an item again after Etsy deactivated it. But the most important aspect is that I got 14 notices of items under review which Etsy's bot had delisted: they had been all reinsted by Etsy.

No my concern is: I assume that the system is counting the 4 IP infringements AND the 14 notices as they were all violations and the problem is that nobody gets in touch with me for fixing / explaining this but only send me automatic replies where they state that they won't give me any further  information.

Thanks

I would only like to know if the bot / algorythm has influenced the the decision to trigger the final warning email and if yes, who can fix this and how to get in touch with the right departement.

Thanks
