Just a note to the bug/technical department: I am unable to purchase Australia Post international labels for the last three hours. I have tried clearing cookies, restarting the pc etc. I know this can happen due to maintenance etc but there is no error message explaining what's going on. Can you please investigate this as I have many orders to fill and require these labels.

I'm just another seller but I'm curious what happens?
What browser are you using? Do the buttons on the page not work, is a page blank, etc? Have you tried in another browser?
You might need to provide some more information about what you're seeing, or not seeing, to see if others are experiencing the same issue.
I get an error message saying that the purchase of the label failed. (with the associated Etsy order's number) I have tried this in Firefox, Edge and Chrome, it's NOT a browser problem. It's most likely an Australia Post problem but it would be nice if Etsy was aware of this.
I'm also in Australia and getting the same error message, for both a domestic and international package. You're not alone!
@patternscentral it could be the dimensions, the weight etc...a whole lot of things....The A/Post and Etsy integration doesn't work well and there are often errors like this...(usually not Etsys fault) but It would probably be less expensive if you set up an Australia Post business a/c and purchased your labels from there anyway (it takes about 1 minute to set up an AP account) ALSO You will not have to pay the mystery "fuel tax" which Etsy adds on which Australia Post doesn't.
Hi C20Ceramics, I already have an AP Business account, but I often have up to 20 international orders a week (from my three Etsy shops), and having to manually fill in each field for the customs form component of the international label is just too time consuming and dodgy. I do agree about the "fuel tax" which is added to Etsy labels - there has never been any explanation from either Etsy or AP about it. I also noticed today, that the label price could go up or down $1.00 in price depending on which date was selected for dispatch - this was not the fuel tax shenanigan, but something else again. It's not the most reliable system but when it works, for international labels, it's great especially for those of us who live too far from an actual post office.
I'm also in Australia and getting the same error message, for both a domestic and international package.
Error message:
You just purchased 0 labels
1 label failed to purchase
UPDATE: Issue fixed as of 05-04-23 Thanks!
Anyone getting this error in Australia now? I've had this issue for the last 3 days.
Yes, me too.
@CoveHomewares @nettyandwooWear @Crimotaku : You may want to start a new thread about this as the Etsy moderators tend to shut down old ones.
I am experiencing this issue recently, only happens to international shipping label though.
Same for me
