Orders going straight to completed

Wheeeennn is this problem going to be fiixxeedd? It’s so incredibly frustrating and makes me so angry  

It is confusing for my customers, they also can’t leave a review so I’m missing out on valuable feedback, and I’m sick of it. 
This has been an issue for a number of years according to reddit and other forums, and Etsy needs to figure it out already please!

I cant reach customer service any more. I made one attempt and now I cant reach them. I'm having this issue now too. Are you saying this problem has existed for awhile now? What are you doing about it?

What makes you say that your customers cannot leave a review? I see 18 for your shop. As to the 'why does it go straight to completed' I suppose it's because your customers are making a purchase, and you are required to send them a digital file or physical record of the reading, which is the 'delivered' part.

Since the new listing form all my made to order digital listings are going straight to completed so I am unable to upload the files to Etsy. I have to check the completed folder for them. I have contacted Etsy with there chat and they told me the engineers are looking in to it. I can not contact them again until they get back to me and close the ticket.It has been a few days.
