When I try to publish a new listing an error message pops up stating "something went wrong."
Please advise.
I'm in a time crunch to prep drafts before I leave for vacation, of COURSE this would happen. Been non stop listing issues for a week now. So glad they raised those fees for us to get worse service.
Me too
same
I am having this issue when trying to edit a listing or renew one.
Can't even save as a draft! I'm getting irritated.
Same here! This has been off and on for months and I've tried every suggestion that applied. UGH...very annoying, especially when it seems to be ongoing. Could be browser related? I've used Safari for Etsy since 2009 and never had issues. I'm baffled!
Been trying with frustration to figure out what I was doing wrong when trying to list a new product. I also placed a promotion code last week to get 100 free listings till next month, but that little feature disappeared days ago, HaHa.
Yay!!! Just managed to do it!!!
Perfect, I'm so glad I didn't close that page down like the last 5 failed attempts. Boom, I managed to save it.
Thanks for the update
Now switching computer off, G&T time...
Just managed to put a listing into draft, yay
also turning the computer off now, time for a drink.....

I'm having the same problem today. I'm working to optimize my listings, going through them and editing the text and adding better photos but when I hit publish on one particular item, I keep getting "something went wrong". I went and did another listing, with no problem. So far, I've tried opening new windows, closing the other, removing texts, nothing works to publish this one listing. So annoying because they don't give any reason why. I'm wondering is Shopify is a better platform with better service for sellers?
