"Uh oh, something went wrong"

It says that I can't renew the listing unless I add shipping times.

So I open the listing the add the shipping times.

But when I can't save the edits unless I renew.

When I click renew, it says "uh oh, something went wrong," so I have to discard the edits. Cannot renew.
