Trying to upload a new listing and getting "bulk editor error" the first time and now am getting "uh-oh" something went wrong. Using both Chrome and Safari and neither is working.
Yes, it seems to be a bug right now. A few threads on this.

Thank you! Buyer cancelled an order and I tried to click on the item to re-list and got an error message. Good to know!
