I am on Chrome and need to access some categories (Finances, for example) that are in my side bar on my dashboard. I have cleaned the cache and cookies, even tried Edge. No luck.
Nothing helpful in the Help Desk, just talked with someone in Chat who claims to be a real person after going a couple of rounds with a bot, explained that "real person" that my sidebar wouldn't open, and who then asked for a screen shot. Really? A screen shot of a dashboard just sitting there doing nothing?
just to make sure, you clicked on the shop icon at the top right of your shopfront to get to your Shop Dashboard where the side bar is always visible? the side bar is not visible in your shopfront.
I don't think so. I will check that out, and thank you, @smudgeplant. In any event, it is fixed. This has happened to me before, I talk to Chat, who can't figure it out, and then magically the problem self-fixes?
