Hello,

I have 18 product. I changed my region from US to France. But I saw this message when i click some product; "Sorry, this item is unavailable in your region."

I offer worldwide shipping according to my shipping policy. My product appears in many countries, but not in France. What's the problem? How can I solve it?

I see you ship from Turkey.

Not sure why you would change your location from "USA" to "France", when you are in Turkey.

Or do you mean you just "viewed" from another location than yours?

Then something is wrong with your shipping profiles, - in case you use any.

If you use shipping profiles, you can manually add each country and save.

Yes i sent from Turkey but i wanted to check. So I changed my location as a customer. Yes i viewed from another location. There is no problem in my shipping profile. I checked many times i have worlwide shipping option.

If you ship to EU, remember the according packaging licences to countries like France, Germany, Spain, Austria, etc....

I know. There is no problem for germany, spain, italy etc. You can check my shop. I realized that i cannot see my some items for France. Only France

France has a law that means Etsy has to collect Customs Duties and VAT on items over 150 euro -- so instead of putting a system in place to calculate the amount due , Etsy has decided not to sell anything over that price to France.
Some of your items are probably over the 150 euro price level.
But your less expensive items should be OK -- tho you do need a packaging licence for France (as well as many other EU countries)

Etsy does not allow items over $150 to be exported to France.  I think it is in response to French law.

I have 2 different messages, the one for 190 euros, I have

for the cheaper one, I have

so the first one looks like it's a value problem, the second one looks like it's a prohibited item problem, probably the magnets

The problem is that currently Etsy does not allow anything over €150 to be sold from outside the EU to France.

The French government made marketplaces responsible for collecting VAT on goods imported to France from outside the EU if under €150 in 2021. That was the same for all EU countries, and the marketplaces could use the EU IOSS system to do so.

Then from January 2022 the French postal carrier, La Poste, decided that VAT on goods over €150 also had to be collected by the marketplaces:

There is no mechanism for marketplaces to do this:

• IOSS is not suitable, it would require a French VAT registration by the marketplace.
• But, over €150 the VAT is calculated on the goods value including customs duty. Only the customs office can decide the customs duty payable. So the marketplace cannot accurately predict the amount of VAT at the point of sale.

This introduces a lot of uncertain financial and legal risk for a marketplace. Etsy are not prepared to roll those dice.
