Hi - the standard Etsy app won’t let me log in.. not sure what is happening. Is there a technical issue?

Sellers (and buyers) have been having some trouble signing in for over a month now. I still have to refresh the page after the red bar saying 'there's a problem' appears. At least it's better than having to sign in 10x last week before it finally worked! That problem has gone away and we're back to refreshing.

Don't know what the procedure would be on the app, but on a PC, refreshing the page after the failed attempt usually works.
I am a seller for a year and this is my first time I am facing with 'sign in' problem. My account got locked because of suspicious log in as Etsy Trust and Safe member. She asked me questions like 5 days ago and I answered them all immediately through email as she said. After 3 days I sent the same email as a reminder. Today is the 5th day and I sent the same email one more as a reminder. I have lots of orders waiting, many requests and messages. What should I do? Is there a way? Etsy Trust Team member does not reply back and assist to my problem. Please assist me. Thank you

I contacted them and they reached out to me 8 days ago about the issue.
I am still waiting for assistance.
I press the reload arrow at the upper left of my computer and it logs me in.
