Star Seller Shipping Rate

I want to know why I've only had 90% on my shipping rate for the past 3 months.  I ship on time all the time!  I failed to put in a tracking number back in January, because the customer picked up the order, and I haven't been a Star Seller ever since!  Please check on this for me?

No one here can actually look at your account. We're all just other sellers. But something that happened in January would not still be counted towards your badges now.

You must enter tracking number for every item you sell - over $10. That is a requirement to be a star seller. If you purchased tracking, but didn't enter the number, that will be marked as not tracked.

All orders have to be tracked for Star Seller (95% of them.) There's no order minimum for US sellers. The $10 minimum is for the streamlined shipping rules.
