Sign in issues..anyone else?

Is anyone else having issues signing into your shop tonight? Or is it just me? I keep getting a red error message on Chrome and MSEdge

I can't sign into my other shop from Google, Microsoft Or Apple.............

I just had the same issue. Signed in via Google and it worked

Well as long as it isn't just me I shall toddle off to greener pastures of listing/selling..hopefully they will eventually pull their head out.

Been having this problem for weeks as well. Have been chatting and e-mailing with several Etsy agents for some time now and so far none of the tips they have given me have worked. They act as if it is just me and my problem with my browser or device etc. The agent I got today said use your e-mail instead of my user name but that did not work either. It seems to be getting worse so I don’t even know what to say anymore.

I had the same red box on Firefox on a Windows 11 computer when I tried to view my account settings page.

I tried to sign in twice, but got the red box both times. I then went to Etsy's home page https://www.etsy.com and I found that I was actually signed in and could get to my shop manager.

I won't attempt to get to my account settings page for a bit until whatever bug is fixed by Etsy.

Yes - got the red error message this evening.  However, I can sign in with Google.  There were no issues earlier today though.

Having the same issue. I have two shops that I cannot get into. Only on right now because I phone is still signed in. I have mac and Safari

Yes!!! Desktop computer can't sign in at all. Just my phone which was already logged in

Yes. What is going on? Sell on etsy app doesnt work either. The only way to sign in is via google.

Yes.  Been having a problem for about a month now, but tonight hitting the refresh button didn't work at all.  I had to try logging in 10x before it finally worked.   This is getting old.  

What's gonna happen in another week or two when logging in 10x doesn't work either?  Wait until that elusive blue moon shows up and try again?

Same here, been having to refresh for several weeks now to make it work, but tonight even that won't do it. Tried signing in via the forum, no luck with that either.

Your higher fees at work...it's beyond irritating. This is the most poorly run site I've ever seen.
