Unable to Edit Listings

I have tried editing three different listings and every time getting a red "There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support" error message at the top of the screen!  Problem exists no matter how I get into listing to edit (from my shop page or listing manager).   I've closed and reopened Etsy.  Laptop/Chrome.  As a note, I am able to edit from my iphone but that's not where I do my work.  FIX THIS PLEASE!

Yes, same here! I copied a listing and tried to save has a draft and received the same message.

I am having the same problem, and getting exactly the same message.  I have tried editing existing listings and creating new ones, and keep getting that same message

I have having the same issue as well and I cannot make any new listings. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!

I was hoping maybe if others were having this issue the forum  moderators would contact support rather than waiting the week+ to get a response from a ticket.

I'm trying to update some draft listings and every time I try to Save Draft I get a red error message "There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support".  I've tried different listings, I've tried signing out and back in, but I still get the error.

I was about to post the same thing. I can't list anything for the last hour. I can't even save as a draft. Some kind of glitch. They need to fix it asap.

Same is happening to me. I tried to create 2 new listings from scratch and got the same message as well. When I went to my main "listings" page, the number of my "active" listings has increased by 2 (I made 2 attempts), however the listings aren't showing up anywhere, either on my listings page in seller account, or my shop homepage, and I also wasn't charged any listing fees.

I did some digging, and it appears that the error only occurs when I "Adjust Thumbnail".

I just ran into the same problem...I am copying a sold listing, all went well, until I pressed 'publish'....it will not work as a draft either....wondering if this is just a glitch with etsy...yes, it says, contact Etsy support, but that can take a chunk of time and I would really like to publish some new listings.  I haven't tried a listing from scratch yet so not sure if that will be the same issue.  May someone here can let us know if it is working.

@PaulsPicksShop appears to be on to something.  I am unable to add or delete a photo as I get the red error message but if I modify the description, it saves just fine.

Same here. Hopefully mods will pass this to tech support since so many people are having the same issue
