USPS Schedule pick up not working - Executing query outside of transaction while another transaction

Hi, since last week I have not been able to schedule USPS pick-ups through ETSY, the chat customer service told me this function is not working at the moment. Seriously?? This is a key part of the workflow!

you can do it directly on usps.com while it's broken on etsy.

New USPS rates begin on July 9.  Historically, whenever there are rate changes, there's always glitches with Etsy.  It's possible Etsy is waiting until or after the 9th to correct any package pickup scheduling issues.
