Le rapport des expéditions pour le mois de juin indique que je n'ai communiqué un numéro de suivi pour une commande alors que le numéro de suivi a bien été indiqué et que la commande a été envoyée dans les temps.
Le taux concernant les expéditions est donc erroné. Il devrait être de 100% et non 99%

How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).

oui il y a dans le help center le message :
"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum. "
as you only need 95%, and 99% is higher, it makes no difference
En effet les 1% n'ont pas d'impact sur les statistiques top vendeur mais quand on se donne autant de mal pour expédier correctement et à temps toutes les commandes c'est juste impossible d'accepter un score incorrect pour une erreur qui ne vient pas du vendeur.
