I tried to publish one new listing yesterday afternoon. It showed in my seller dashboard, but not showed in buyer's end. I tried to search my listing, it not showing. When I click in my store from buyer end, the listing is not there. I thought I maybe make some mistake, so I published it again this morning. I got the same result, this listing still now showing. Anyone knows what happened to the listing? Thanks in advance.
@GalaxyCloudJewelry It does take a while for a listings to be indexed. The listings page in shop manager (preferably using a browser) should be the definitive word on the status of all of your listings. Does the listing show in the active section? What happens when you click on the 'View On Etsy' link from the listings page? If it shows up you can send your customer the url as a link.
Keep in mind that if everyone on this forum searched for the exact same phrase they would all get different results. Because of personalized searches you can NOT rely on anyone's search results to define how your listing is shown. The old way of estimating ranking or anything else by searching for your item is dead.

are these the 2 new listings you are having trouble with seeing? They look like they are the same listing just duplicated

If you aren't seeing them then perhaps try the usual suggested fixes like clearing cache, trying another browser etc. Not sure what else to suggest.

@BagmakerSupply Thank you so much for response to me. The listing number shown on the store is 51, but there is only 49 shown in the store. I counted it repeatedly. I am so confused.
