Order not coming in?

Jump to solution

Hello,

this morning a friend of mine bought something from my shop, but the order is not coming in. Yet the money has already been taken from her account. I’m not sure what to do.

@MotherPearlsCrystals As you are in Netherlands, it is possible that the Payment Method used was "iDEAL". This payment method requires the Buyer use the iDEAL site to make the Payment and then to return to the Order on Etsy after completing the iDEAL Payment to finalize the transaction.

"iDEAL and Sofort bank transfers

This is available in most shops to buyers in the Netherlands, Austria, and Germany.

You can pay with a bank transfer via iDEAL in the Netherlands or Sofort in Germany and Austria.

You’ll be transferred to iDEAL or Sofort’s website to authorize your payment. You’ll then be directed back to Etsy.

You must have an Etsy account to pay with bank transfer."
