Two-factor Authentification not working properly

Hi All,

I’ve enabled two-factor authentication since a long time on my account and not changed anything regarding its settings. However, since yesterday I’m able to log into my account without the sms text code. I don’t even receive a code anymore. It’s still enabled in my account and no malware was found on the computer. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known technical glitch? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Sorry, not much help and hope others jump in.

It could be a site glitch.  See all of the Threads about Sellers not being able to perform Listing functions.  I posted to a couple of them and found the same (Shop is on Vacation, but I received an "Uh Oh Red Error Banner) when simply trying to go into Listings Mgr. and put listings on Manual (which worked fine the other day).  Others are having serious issues.  I don't know if your situation could also be a part of Etsy being super glitchy.
