can't turn off vacation mode

Etsy turned on vacation mode and now I can't turn it off. Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

Have you shipped everything that needs to be shipped?

Is all your paper work in order?  ID, credit card, etc?

yes everything has been shipped and there are no unpaid expenses

Did you get an email requesting verification of ID, bank account and/or credit card? From what I've read, even if the notification says "orders", it may actually be verification issues. Look for an email (check spam).

Adding to the above...you need to add shop policies

but also if you have done all that Etsy is having a ton of issues. Not letting you deactivate, renew, etc so this might be just one of the many having issues right now
