None of my messages are going through to my buyers since July 4th. This is effecting my star seller status besides frustrating my customers. They are emailing me or sending a dm on Instagram to make sure the order is being processed.
Errors each time, right?
It happened to me, too. I replied to my customer. The message was there. Then, few hours later, my reply disappeared. I sent another reply and it went through. The customer replied back. I've noticed my missing reply just an hour before the 24 hour response requirement was due. I was lucky this time it did not affect my star seller progress but what happens next time?
