Hi,

There's a glitch with uploading photos to new listings that started this morning.

When I upload a photo in a new listing the picture enlarges, taking over most of the screen and I cannot edit it.

This is even happening with a few of my existing listings. The photos were fine when they were uploaded a few weeks ago but now can not be edited.

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

I just came to the forum to see if I was the only one experiencing this. Sure hope they get this sorted out soon.

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

I have the same exact issue on my end. My listing photos on my phone seems to be okay but not so much on my PC. All of my listing photos on my PC are super enlarged and over lapping and I cannot edit.

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

Quite a few Threads about this. Here is one that is addressed by Admin.

Let's hope this is fixed soon. Can't sell something if you can't list it.

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

I have the same product image enlargement issue when I'm editing my listing.  I've tried clearing my browser and cache, logging in and out of Etsy and restarting my laptop, but no luck!!  Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks.

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

I'm afraid to work with any listings today, as they might just disappear or stick that way or something.

Etsy was not always like this.

What happened?

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

Same photo glitch issues on expired and new listings.  So aggravating when they have these problems and no word to anyone. No new listings today for me!

Re: Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

I had it happen last night on Apple, but this morning all is okay again.
