Trouble with New and Existing Listing Photos

Hi,

There's a glitch with uploading photos to new listings that started this morning.

When I upload a photo in a new listing the picture enlarges, taking over most of the screen and I cannot edit it.

This is even happening with a few of my existing listings. The photos were fine when they were uploaded a few weeks ago but now can not be edited.

Well, I just also noticed that the font on my dashboard has changed to a different lighter one...amidst all the glitches, why the heck can't they focus on important stuff instead of ridiculous changes like a font!!!

I’m experiencing the same problem as well. The photo section is unusable both for existing listings and for new ones. I tried three different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave) with the same result. It’s practically impossible to use.

Yup!  I'm setting up my first Etsy shop and about half an hour ago when I logged in I saw this and started searching online as to why.  Glad I found this post while figuring out if this was on my side or not...lol

I am having something similar just this morning. On Etsy Listing I can't see any of my photos. When I click on one, it displays a large striped pattern, that takes over the whole screen, instead of the photo. I can't edit or add any photos. I do not see a similar pattern on the Buyer's side.

I am still operating on Windows 10, planning an upgrade soon. Could that be part of my problem?

I'm also using Windows 10 and I did think that perhaps that may be the issue. Unless we see comments from other sellers that aren't using windows 10, we won't know for sure.

Same with me. The photos are HUGE. Never have had this problem before.

Same thing happening here. I can't relist anything because the photos are HUGE!

I am having that issue too, I need to add an option to a listing and the photos are HUGE, I can't make any edits to the listing.

Add me to the list.  Impossible to edit or add new photos.
