Order from USA where we don't ship too

Recieved an order last night from the USA. Only realised when i came to print the label and it was greyed out. We haven't ever shipped to the USA and don't even have it listed anywhere on our profile, i've checked all the delivery settings and only domestic is an option not international, so how did someone manage to place an order?

You'll have to recheck the settings since the 2nd listing I looked at still has US shipping:

The charms do, the air fresheners don't due to costs to send tracked, forgot to mention that, the only thing we should have setup for USA is the charms, everything else isn't

The air freshener I linked above has free US shipping.  The pet seatbelt has US shipping.

thanks none of them should have shipping to the USA except the charms and the dog belts, everything else shouldn't be there, and i've checked every postage profile and non offer international shipping other than the 2 mentioned, guessing another etsy bug since they turned off the USA labels

A lot of your listings have shipping to USA

You can't buy labels on etsy, they have suspended etsy labels to USA

Which none of the profiles are set for on etsy so i'm not sure how there ordering, checked all the profiles and only charms and dog leads should offer it, everything else shouldn't. 

Fully aware on the postage too
