Trouble listing new items. Message said to "Contact Support" and I did...To no avail

Hi!

Last 2 days only...Having trouble listing new items.

I will go through the entire process. Get to the bottom, and if I try to enter it as a DRAFT or as a PUBLISH, it wont let me and keeps saying this

message at top in RED..."Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support"

So then I went to the Etsy Support Chat.

They said to CLEAR MY COOKIES, after I sign out of Etsy, then come back and re-log in, and start the entire NEW LISTING all over.

So I did.

But that message came up again and cannot add new Listing.

 I saw that there's another Seller that's having same trouble (2 weeks ago) but nobody could help her.

Now I'm having same trouble as that gal.

Have you rebooted your machine?  Beyond clearing cookies, I'd clear you cache and probably even try a different browser.

Reading through the other thread you posted in, someone also suggested switching back to the old format.

Hi Funkydreams, So I went and switched back to the OLD Format , and that seemed to work.

Are you using the new listing form?  If so, revert to the old one.  Using the blue app?  Use the browser site.

Yes Pillow, I just switched to the older format and it seemed to do the trick.

Same here - switched to old version and it worked. What I found is that one of the listing photos was larger than the system allowed and the new version allowed it to be uploaded without it throwing an error

I tried switching to another browser, and it worked at first. But now, whenever I edit the listing and publish the changes, the same issue comes back. I've cleared my cache, updated my browser, and even switched between the new and old listing forms, but none of it seems to work right now. again..
