Hi, I normally print my labels from my laptop but for two orders I printed them directly from the app. At the post office, all of the parcels with my laptop labels scanned in fine but the two from the app have the barcodes swapped around. So when they scanned one, the address came up for the other one! I managed cut cut out and swap the QR codes and one of them has now gone through ok, but the other one was tracked to the US and is still showing the wrong address. I don't know how to fix this other than to pay for another postage direct through royal mail, however, how do I get my money back for the one I paid for through Etsy? I certainly don't want to pay for it twice!
