Hello dear Etsy Team,
It seems that when adding tracking number while marking an order completed through your new Etsy Seller App doesn't work.
I have just marked 15 orders completed, adding a tracking number manually through your new app but when I check the orders on my lapton, all of them appear with "NO TRACKING" information next to it.
I have added tracking to ALL of my orders but the Star Seller scores do not reflect this.
I don't want my Star Seller scores to be affected this way.
What can we do about it?

We've double-checked your Star Seller, and we can confirm that only one order is affecting your Star Seller, and this is an order that was shipped after the ship-by date. Please remember that it may take about 24 hours after an order has been shipped for the On-Time Shipping score to update.

@QuetzArt - Many shop owners have complained about the new sellers' app. It is possible that it takes some time for the orders to update but I cannot say for sure. I do not use any apps. So I would suggest you use your laptop/browser & revisit the orders.
You have 3 days to edit tracking information. Using your laptop/browser, go back to each order & edit - adding the tracking number. (And marking the orders "complete" if they are not showing this information.) I don't know if this delay will affect your star seller badges, hopefully it will not.
