I have had my dispatch and tracking Star Seller Rating Reduced because I apparently didn’t enter tracking information. The tracking number is there and the post office or provider.
I posted via a different service provider with full tracking info included.
why has my rating been reduced?

Is there possibly a number missing from the tracking (happens when you copy/paste) … is the shipping provider recognized / accepted by Etsy (not all are) …
How did you enter the number? Manually? Or copy and paste? Check to see if the numbers are correct. You have 3 days to change the tracking number.
Is this a provider Etsy has tracked before. Etsy's Aftership does not work with all carriers.
