Tracking for digital item marked as physical

Hi, I qualify for etsy seller but at first I marked my listings as physical products since I didn't realize that there was a digital option. Does anyone know how to mark the tracking down when there's no package?

If there is no tracking there is nothing to mark.

You're selling a personalised digital product. you physically identify and sell your product.

1.Click Complete order

2.Select the other option in the shipping carrier option.

3. If you type "digital order" in the two boxes that pop up, etsy will accept it.

accept it will accept it. but there will be no tracking information, which is the problem, because of that star seller

Hi, is this still the case? I changed all my items to digital downloads, but if this works I will for sure change them back,

@thebathrobegang @Pawrait : Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done in cases like this. The Star Seller metric for shipping for listings sold as "physical" (regardless of the actual end product) is very simplistic and binary - either you marked the order as complete on time with a verifiable tracking number or you did not.
