Editing Listing Photos Only Shows 3 of 10 Photos

Since Wednesday, I have been dealing with the following issue: when creating a new listing, once I’ve uploaded 10 photos, it only shows one row of the first 3 uploaded photos while in the editing mode. Once published, all 10 photos show on the listing but if I try to edit the listing to rearrange the order of the photos, I cannot do so because it isn’t showing all 10 photos. Anyone else experiencing this? I am using the browser on iPhone (not the app).

Yes! exactly the same issue here, really tricky to try and rearrange or check images. Also using iphone to list as I mostly do without issues. Hopefully it is a glitch

If you're cropping photos, maybe you're not seeing them in edit mode because they're less than the recommended number of pixels

I hope you reported it to Etsy.  Listing and all that go along with it should never be an issue; any technical issues should be immediately addresses by them.  If they want us to pay for something that works, they need to deliver on it.

Same here, and it has been going on for a month. Etsy is screaming at us about a dim thumbnail photo their bots detected on a listing, but when you try to switch a photo that is brighter in the ten photos you can’t move anything. Using an iPad and have never had a problem editing photos in a listing. You only get 3 photos and you can’t switch out photo positions, only delete or add. This is major technical glitch with photos. The old listing form was so simple to use. This is just one of many problems all of us are having with the “new and improved” (not!) listing form. Going to ignore bot recommendations from here on out anyway. Our photos are fine and people are finding these so called critiqued items and buying them.
