The buy postage button not working

Hello,

Is anyone besides me having an issue buying postage.  The button wont click this morning.  Yesterday it was fine.

Same. I purchased one a half hour ago and it worked. Now the button isn't responding.

We tried that too. Signed in and out still not working.

I had this issue last night, but opening a new window fixed it for me. Before opening a new window, close all your other open etsy windows. Etsy stops responding if you have a bunch of etsy pages open.

I just purchased one through the new Etsy app on my phone, if anyone else needs to print asap.

Also, not working for me. Only window open, tried different browsers. I guess I will check back later and maybe try from the app as someone mentioned above they had success that way.

It started happening to me this morning (on Chrome) so I switched over to Explorer/Edge and it worked on that site.

Buy shipping works on any orders not in "pending" status. Change the status of your order your trying to ship to "new" out of pending, and the buy shipping button will work.

I'm still having problems too, husband suggested pressing the F5 (refresh) button straight after you pressed the 'get postage labels here' button and this seems to help and the postage label window then opens! But come on Etsy this needs fixing please

I had to do the same. I right-clicked on the button and selected refresh which opened the window.

yes, the button does not work for me and refreshing makes it come up.
