hi it says that i am on 99percent for dispatch due to not entering 1 tracking number but the customer ask me to cancel the order and refund which i did and because it was still showing up to complete i just completed it and put in the notes that they were refunded how do i get my rating to change thank you

In addition to all the other comments here, you only need 95% to get the badge.
If you continue to sell what you're selling, you are risking having any stars removed permanently.
Cancel and refund can be done in one motion or if you use a separate, refund than cancel.
It sounds like you didn;t cancel. And completing the order means no tracking number entered so it is a ding for star seller.
spamming the forums is frowned upon. Don't do it
