star seller rating for dispatch

hi it says that i am on 99percent for dispatch due to not entering 1 tracking number but the customer ask me to cancel the order and refund which i did and because it was still showing up to complete i just completed it and put in the notes that they were refunded how do i get my rating to change thank you

Should have cancelled, not completed.

Etsy need to update the cancellation help article then.

@TheLatestCrazeStore: If you actually cancelled the order it will not count for Star Seller. Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to confirm with order(s) Etsy thinks there is an issue with?

Cancel and refund can be done in one motion or if you use a separate, refund than cancel.

It sounds like you didn;t cancel.  And completing the order means no tracking number entered so it is a ding for star seller.
